Useful detail for offices and appointments

Book private transportation from San Juan Airport (SJU) to Guaynabo with Carolina Taxi PR. Go to your home, hotel, office, or appointment address with the correct entrance and pickup details confirmed before your arrival.

If your first destination in Guaynabo is an office or appointment, share the full building address and the entrance used by visitors. A company name on its own may leave important details unresolved. Confirm with your contact whether reception is expecting you and whether there are any vehicle arrival instructions. For a home or hotel, provide the same level of address detail. Private airport transportation can then be planned to the location where your visit actually begins, without relying on a vague town-center drop-off.

Your flight’s scheduled landing time is one part of the plan. Allow for collecting luggage and meeting the driver before any commitment at the destination. Tell us about time-sensitive plans while requesting the ride, and confirm appointment arrangements separately with the relevant office. If you need to visit accommodation first or take a colleague to another address, request those stops upfront. Passenger count, baggage, and the full sequence of destinations help establish the vehicle request and the scope of the transportation quote.

Guaynabo home, hotel, and building entrances

Carolina Taxi PR serves Guaynabo residences, hotels, offices, and appointment locations. Choose the entrance suited to your visit and send the street address with any building or unit details. If the property requires visitor instructions, ask your host or reception for the current process rather than assuming the driver can use every entrance. Share only the directions relevant to the transport. The ride covers getting you to the confirmed destination; appointments, visitor access, and accommodation check-in remain arrangements to make with the receiving location.
