Plan the handoff from airport to accommodation

Arrange your ride from San Juan Airport (SJU) to Dorado with Carolina Taxi PR. Private transportation takes you to the Dorado address you confirm, including Dorado Beach, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve, other hotels, vacation rentals, and homes. Start with your flight and destination details.

A Dorado reservation works best when the destination is as specific as the flight. Send the complete property name and street address, then identify where guests should arrive. A hotel entrance, rental check-in office, and individual residence may require different instructions. Carolina Taxi PR provides private, direct transportation, so the booking can be built around your chosen endpoint. If your accommodation sends arrival directions before your trip, review those details when arranging the ride rather than relying only on the property name.

For a resort stay, coordinate the transport plan with your accommodation independently. Confirm when your room or rental will be accessible, whether someone needs to meet you, and where luggage should be taken if you arrive before check-in. If several people are traveling together, send the full passenger and baggage count for vehicle availability. Let us know about separate arriving flights or any requested stop before you confirm; these details need to be considered in the pickup plan and quote.

Dorado Beach and your exact Dorado drop-off

Dorado Beach, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve, is one of the Dorado properties served by Carolina Taxi PR. You can also request a ride to another local hotel, rental, or residential address. Use the destination shown on your accommodation confirmation, especially if the name of a larger property differs from the location where you must check in. Transportation arrangements do not establish hotel access, a room reservation, or resort privileges. Ask the property about those details and share any relevant arrival instructions with us.

1. Before flying, confirm the flight, Dorado address, and passenger count.

2. After landing, collect your bags and check the agreed pickup instructions.

3. Contact us when ready and follow the confirmed airport meeting plan.
